Please do not attach confidential documents to the first message. A reproducible, non-sensitive sample is the safest way to investigate a processing problem.
Batch and private processing
Contact us if you need recurring invoice extraction, larger OCR batches, a dedicated retention policy, or a private deployment. Describe the document type, expected monthly volume, required output, and any data-location requirements.
Normal website uploads are processed on EU-hosted infrastructure and removed automatically according to the retention window shown on the upload page.
