PDF OCR Hub provides online OCR, document conversion, page export, and invoice extraction. By uploading a file, you confirm that you own the document or otherwise have permission to process it.
You must not use the service for unlawful material, malware, abusive automation, attempts to access another user's job, or activity that intentionally disrupts the shared infrastructure.
Uploads and generated results are temporary. They are removed automatically according to the retention periods displayed by the service. A result URL is not a permanent backup, and PDF OCR Hub is not responsible for files that expire before they are downloaded.
OCR and extraction results can contain mistakes. Scan quality, page language, handwriting, tables, columns, and unusual invoice layouts all affect accuracy. Users should verify important text, totals, dates, and tax values before relying on an output.
The service is provided on a best-effort basis and may be changed, rate-limited, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or capacity reasons.
PDF OCR Hub is not a legal, accounting, or archival service. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, missed downloads, or decisions made from an unverified OCR or extraction result.
These terms may be updated when workflows, pricing, or data handling change. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Last updated: 18 July 2026.
