Uploaded documents are used only to run the workflow selected by the user. Each upload receives a temporary job identifier. Input files are removed after the input retention period, and generated results are removed after 1 hour(s).
Result links are temporary and should not be treated as permanent storage. Download the result promptly and avoid sharing the job URL publicly.
PDF OCR Hub is hosted on infrastructure located in the European Union. Core OCR and PDF processing run within the application environment. Hosting, DNS, security, and advertising providers may process ordinary technical data such as IP address, request headers, and browser information.
Uploaded document contents are not sold and are not used to train advertising profiles.
The site may use privacy-conscious traffic measurement and Google AdSense. Where required by law, personalised advertising and non-essential cookies are shown only after consent. Browser and ad-blocking settings can affect whether advertising requests are loaded.
The ads.txt file identifies authorised advertising sellers for this domain. It does not contain information about uploaded documents.
Do not upload a document unless you have the right to process it. For especially sensitive files, remove unnecessary personal data before upload or contact us about a private processing arrangement.
Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected]. Include the job identifier if you are asking about a recent processing request, but do not send the original sensitive document by email.
